Making Fitness fun For Everyone! Ages 3+Ready to have some fun and burn some energy?? Join our multi-activity Bounce classes where children take part in a range of exciting and challenging games and skills each week.
Classes include relays, movement to music, games, races, ball skills, obstacle courses, athletic skills, tumbling and balance skills and much more…
It is our aim is to teach children that fitness is fun. We want to see children leave our classes with a smile on their face and a glow on their cheeks.
- They will develop the fundamentals of childhood fitness:

5.Strength
- They will acquire skills in a multitude of different sports
- They will master the art of co-operation, teamwork, communication and self confidence
- They will learn about the benefits exercise has to offer
- Most importantly they will have fun, meet friends and love fitness
- The focus is on each child’s individual development, there class size is strictly limited
Bounce is non-competitive and all-inclusive, inviting any child who wants to burn some energy and have some fun to join.
A popular energetic dance style. It is unique in that it allows its dancers to perform with freedom of movement adding in their own unique personalities.Dancers grading from Pre-Pimary to Teachers available but not compulsory.Registered UDO Dance School & Instructors.
DramaFit – All the creative elements of a drama class combined with the high-energy dynamics of a fitness class.
The Irish Sports Council says that 1 in 4 Irish children are obese. They also say that a lack of self-confidence is the number one reason why so few participate in sports.
Our award-winning programme DramaFit will teach children about the importance of exercise, diet and healthy lifestyle choices, whilst also encouraging good communication skills and confidence. This will be achieved through an active and stimulating drama curriculum.

Our Circus sessions allow you to experience every element of circus from clowning, juggling, hula hooping, stilt waking & much more. Classes are always very active and creative, providing a safe environment to explore in.6-16yrs
Acrobalance is an amazingly fun way of developing core strength and stability in a safe, controlled environment. Working on solo, partner and group positions. No experience required.16yrs +
