Adult Classes

Looking forward to September 2016.

Lots of new classes added to our timetable and with a number of schools and creches already booking us for the next term we are sure to have a huge number of the Donegal population super fit by Christmas!!

Look out for the ever popular Hip Hop classes our brand new Circus and Acrobalance!! Not forgetting the return of our Bounce & Dramafit Classes!!

Adults we have not forgot about you and Piloxing & Knockout classes will continue as normal with a little add on possible very soon!!
